Pitching Slot Allocation
Each registered participant will be allotted a maximum of 10 minutes to present their pitch to the attending Producers, Financiers, Production Houses, OTT Platform Representatives. Participants are advised to prepare their presentations accordingly. -
Time Management
After the 10-minute pitching slot, the participant must vacate the space promptly and move to the next industry representative, allowing the next presenter to begin without delay. No extensions will be allowed under any circumstances.

Follow-Up Discussions
In the event of a positive response, any follow-up meetings or extended discussions must be scheduled privately at a time and location mutually agreed upon by the participant and the interested party. CineBridge and IKSFF will not facilitate or host these follow-up sessions.

Outcome Disclaimer
IKSFF and CineBridge will not be held responsible for the outcome of any pitch or any future collaborations, agreements, or disputes arising between the participants and the industry representatives.

Confidentiality & IP Responsibility
Participants are responsible for protecting their own intellectual property. If necessary, they should take prior steps (e.g., NDAs, copyright) before disclosing sensitive project details. IKSFF will not be responsible for any misuse of concepts or materials presented during the event.

Professional Conduct
Participants are expected to maintain professional behavior and decorum throughout the event. Disruptive or inappropriate conduct may lead to immediate disqualification and removal from the venue.

Presentation Materials
Only trailers, pitch decks and scripts are allowed to be presented. Display devices such as laptops or tablets should be carried by the participant. All presentation materials must be preloaded and tested before the start of the pitching session. Technical delays due to unpreparedness will be counted within the allotted 10 minutes.

No Guarantee Clause
Participation in CineBridge does not guarantee a deal, contract, funding, distribution, or production opportunity.

Photography & Media Consent
By participating, attendees consent to the use of their images, names, and pitch session photographs for IKSFF promotional and documentation purposes unless otherwise informed in writing.

Changes & Cancellation
IKSFF reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the event or modify these terms & conditions at its sole discretion. Any such changes will be communicated to the registered participants in due time.

Admission Rights Reserved
IKSFF reserves the right to admit or reject any participant or company if they are found to be violating event ethics or terms.
